Appointment Policies

• Please arrive on time—our stylists work on back-to-back appointments.

• Braiding hair is included in your service. Available colors: 1, 1B, 2, 27, 1B/27, 30, 1B/30, Burgundy, 613, 99J, Red.

• Human hair can be purchased or included depending on the style.

• Specialty hair (e.g., passion twists, bundles) is not included.

• Additional charges apply for colored human or braiding hair depending on color and type.

• We service women, men, and children (ages 3+).

• Please note: We do not service extremely tender-headed or uncooperative children for safety and quality reasons.

• Shampoo and blow-dry are not included in base prices. A $30+ fee applies depending on hair condition.

• Please arrive with clean, product-free hair. Avoid oils, leave-in conditioners, and heavy moisturizers.

• Detangling fees apply ($15–$30) for tangled or matted hair.

• If your hair is shorter than 4 inches or you have alopecia, please schedule a consultation before booking.
