Appointment Policies | VAVAA Satisfaction Beauty Bar , Braids, Wig Installs, Extensions & Natural Hair Salon West Palm Beach.

• Please arrive on time. After 15 minutes, appointments may be canceled or subject to a late fee if we are still able to accommodate you.

• A $50-$150 deposit is required to book. Remaining balance is paid via CASH or ZELLE only. Cards are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee.

• Please arrive with freshly washed, clean, product-free hair. If hair is not properly cleansed, a shampoo service will be required as we do not work on dirty hair.

• Shampoo and blow-dry are not included. A $35+ fee applies depending on hair condition.

• Braiding  hair is included with your service, color available 1,1b, 2, 4, 1b30, 1b27, 27, 30, burgundy, 350. passion twist, mini twist, crochet hair etc.. are not included. One bundle of Human or synthetic hair are included in all boho styles.  

• Detangling fees may apply for excessively tangled hair.

• We proudly service women, men, and children. Kids styles must be booked under Kids Services for children under 12.

• If your hair is shorter than 4 inches or you are experiencing hair loss, please schedule a consultation before booking.

 

Kids Policy

Due to sharp tools and hot equipment, children must be able to sit safely and remain cooperative during their service. If a child cries excessively, pushes stylists, or does not want their hair done, we kindly ask that you book only when they are ready for a professional salon experience.
